This feature deletes a document and its folder.
You need to access the DMS from the left pane.

The DMS page is rendered on a new page, as shown in the example below. Navigate to a DMS folder to view the documents.

Use the “Search” text box to filter the document list.

Select the document in the table, then click the “Access” icon to view the document’s access information.

The “Access Details” are displayed in a pop-up window, as shown in the example below. As shown, access has been configured for a user and application roles.

Click the ellipsis to open the context menu for this document. You can access the following features: “Copy, Rename, Remove, Check Out, Send Document, Get URL, Download, AI Copilot, Permissions, View History, View Revisions, Archive, Classifications, and Details.” Select the “Remove” menu option.

A pop-up window appears for confirmation. Click the OK button.

The selected document is removed from the folder, and a confirmation message is shown in the top-right corner.

Remove Folder.
Select the folder and click the ellipsis to open the context menu. You can access the “Copy, Rename, Remove, Create SubFolder, Upload Document, Get URL, View History, Folder Permissions, Default Document Permissions, Archive, and Details" features. Choose the “Remove” option from the menu.

A pop-up window appears to confirm. Check the box for “Recursive Delete” and then click OK.

The folder and its subfolders have been removed, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.
