ETL Log

Learn how to review ETl log information.

The FlowWright product includes a system log that manages errors and information messages logged by the application. The log can be reviewed by occurrence date or source. 

You'll have to navigate to the Status - Logs page to view the System Log. 

 

The System Log page is rendered as shown below. 

 

Select the System Log menu to navigate to Telemetry Configuration, Audit Log, Data Access Log, Security Log, ETL Log, and Microservice Call Log.  

 

The ETL Log page is rendered as below, with the last 10 items sorted by the CreatedOn date column. Select the drop-down to view the list with options. Click the column headers to sort the log table by the specified column. The total number of log items is shown above the Search feature. 

 

You can view the log using the many options below. 

 

A detailed stack trace of the message will be displayed when you click on any log message.

 

View the log table by Source - deRunTime, ETLController, FWETLRunTime, and FWFigureReturn options. 

 

View the log table by selecting the High, Medium, or Low priority options. 

 

View the system log table by selecting the Type options: Error, Warning, and Info. 

 

Export the log table using XML, XLS, PDF, and SQL options. The file is downloaded to the local system folder. 

 

Import the log table using the XML option.  

 

Clear the log table by options - Today, All, and Selected. 

 

Send the log table to the FlowWright Support team by selecting the Selected or All options. 

 

Confirm the action to send the log table to the FlowWright Support team. 

 

Once the log file is sent successfully, an alert notification is displayed in the top-right corner.
