Re-assign is an administrative only function, where you can assign tasks from one user to another.

The Tasks from the above queue can be re-assigned many times over. Using the check box shall send the email notification - provided that particular task “Send Email Notification” is switched ON. Select checkbox to include current task owner in Cc of the email. 

Re-assign tasks for process definitions

A user may be assigned to multiple tasks within a given process definition, instead of navigating through each step and changing the user, FlowWright can change the user to another user within the process definition.  Use below-shown UI to reassign users within a process definition:

For a given waiting/sleeping process instance, users can be reassigned to other users for any non-executed steps. Use the following screen to reassign users for non-executed steps of a process instance:
