Navigate to Create - Form Defintion page to view the definitions available as per the user permissions. 

Select the form definition to perform other actions. Or double-click the form definition to open in designer view if required. A progres icon is displayed if the page is large in content and is taking more time to load. 

A form definition can be rendered by selecting the menu item “Actions -> Render”.
