Form instances are created from form definitions; these form instances are either created manually or instantiated automatically through a workflow process.  The following UI shows the form instances UI:

The tabs are used for easy navigation between ALL form instances and the Last 10 updated form instances. The Folders feature is provided to categorize / group relevant form instances.
