Note: If you need an updated license, customer must create a support request in our Customer Support Portal. With this request, customer must attach the existing license from the FlowWright server.
You can locate the FlowWright license file using the following path:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cDevWorkflow\bin\cDevWorkflow.lic
You can also download the license file using the FlowWright user interface. Navigate to the licensing page using the menus "Status->Information->License":
License Update Instructions
Shut down all the FlowWright services, under Windows services, they will show up as “cDevWorkflow…”
If you received a single license file (cDevWorkflow.lic), place the file in the following directory:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cDevWorkflow\bin\cDevWorkflow.lic
OR
use the same above UI to upload the license file to the server.
Restart the engine services
License Update From Zip File
Shut down all the FlowWright services, Under Windows services, they will show up as “cDevWorkflow…”
If you received a Zip file full of license files, then find the matching license file. Rename the file to “cDevWorkflow.lic” and place in the following directory:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cDevWorkflow\bin\cDevWorkflow.lic
OR
use the same above UI to upload the license file to the server.
Restart the engine services
