Batch Operations

Users can perform operations on multiple process instances of a definition by selecting the desired definition and status. The selected instances can run without any end-user interaction as shown below:

Reset process instances

The instance(s) of a definition can be reset by selecting a definition and status as “Sleeping/Finish/Abort/Error”.

Remove process instances

One or all the instances of a selected definition can be removed by selecting a definition and click on “Actions -> Remove” menu item.

Similarly, the selected instances can be “Aborted” by clicking on the “Abort” menu item.

Execute process instances

One or all the instances of a selected definition can be executed at one time by selecting a definition and clicking on the “Execute” menu item.

Similarly, the instance(s) can be archived by clicking on the “Archive” menu item.
