Delete folder in FTP Server

Description:

Delete folder in FTP server.  

Inputs

  • ftpConnection – Select FTP connection from dropdown
  • folderPath – The relative path of the folder in FTP server
Ex:- /folder1

Returns

  • True – step executed successfully
  • False – step failed to execute 

Usage:

To use this step, configure FTP in FlowWright FTP Connections.

Example:

Let’s build and execute the ftpDeleteFolderDef example.       

  • Create a new definition called “ftpDeleteFolderDef”
  • Select the definition and click the “design” button
  • Drag a ftpDeleteFolder step to the canvas
  • Connect the dots between the start and ftpDeleteFolder step

  • Click on the “ftpDeleteFolder” step to configure its properties
  • Configure the following values for the properties as shown on the below graphic

  • Save the workflow definition, create a workflow instance and execute. Step should delete folder from FTP server.
