This function removes all instances of a definition from the form in one go. 

Select the definition from the table on the Form Definitions page that has instances. Then, navigate to the Actions > Remove Instances menu option. 

A pop-up window appears for confirmation. Click OK to confirm. 

All instances for the selected definition are permanently removed. A confirmation message appears in the top right-hand corner, as shown below.
