FlowWright Key Manager

Learn about the FlowWright Key Manager utility.

FlowWright uses a secure local key store to store keys used by the application.  Key store also uses a default master key.  Using the Key Manager utility, the master key and other keys can be changed.  To run the utility, navigate to the folder 

C:\FlowWright\FWKeyManager

Execute the file FlowWrightKeyManager.exe

Application should render as follows:

 

You must first authenticate with FlowWright using an Administrative account.  Enter username and password, then click “Connect to FlowWright.” After successful authentication, you will be given the following options to change the master key.

 

To change the Master key, click the button “Change Master Key”, this will automatically generate a new master key and update the FlowWright configuration also.  After performing this step, we recommend restarting IIS and the FlowWright engine services.
