The FlowWright product includes a system log that manages errors and information messages logged by the application. The log can be reviewed by occurrence date or source.
You'll have to navigate to the Status - Logs page to view the System Log.

The System Log page is rendered as shown below.

Select the System Log menu to access the following logs: Audit Log, Data Access Log, Engine Log, Security Log, ETL Log, Microservice Call Log, REST API Log, and Telemetry Configuration.

The ETL Log page is rendered as below, with the last 10 items sorted by the CreatedOn date column. Select the drop-down to view the list with options. Click the column headers to sort the log table by the specified column. The total number of log items is shown above the Search feature.

You can view the log using the many options below.

A detailed stack trace of the message will be displayed when you click on any log message.

View the ETL Log table by Source - deRunTime, ETLController, FWETLRunTime, and FWFigureReturn options.

View the ETL Log table by selecting the High, Medium, or Low priority options.

View the ETL Log table by selecting the Type options: Error, Warning, and Info.

Export the ETL Log table using XML, XLS, PDF, and SQL options. The file is downloaded to the local system folder.

Import the ETL Log table using the XML option.

Clear the ETL Log table by options - Today, All, and Selected.

Send the ETL Log table to the FlowWright Support team by selecting the Selected or All options.

Confirm the action to send the log table to the FlowWright Support team.

Once the ETL Log file is sent successfully, an alert notification is displayed in the top-right corner.
