MultiTenant DFS Connectors Administration.

The MultiTenant function in the Tenant Manager's environment facilitates managing the DFS Connectors between the tenants.

On the DFS Connectors page, click the MultiTenant menu option to view the functions below. Here, the selected DFS Connectors are sent to specific or all Tenants, View Tenants having this DFS Connector, check for any DFS Connectors missing across Tenants, and remove DFS Connectors from specific or all Tenants.

 

Send To - Selected / All Tenants

Select the DFS Connecotr from the table and click the MultiTenant - Send To - Selected Tenants menu option. Note: Select All Tenants when necessary.  

 

A popup window is displayed for configuration as below. Select the Tenant from the drop-down list. Click the Send button to initiate the transfer. 

 

Click the OK button to confirm. 

 

The DFS Connector is copied to the target Tenant environment, and a confirmation message is displayed on the top right-end page. Note: This data type requires manual configuration using the Utils - Auto Detect function on the target Tenant environment. 

 

View Tenants

Select the DFS Connector from the table and click the MultiTenant - View Tenants menu option. 

 

For reference, the tenants using this DFS Connector are listed in the popup window. 

 

Missing DFS Connector for Tenants

On the DFS Connector page, select the MultiTenant - Missing DFS Connector for Tenants menu option.

 

A popup window is displayed for configuration. Select the active tenant from the drop-down list to view a list of missing DFS Connectors. 

 

Select the checkbox and click the Configure button to set up the tenant's DFS Connector. 

 

The DFS Connector is configured, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.   

 

Remove the DFS Connector.

The feature helps remove a DFS Connector from the selected tenant.

Select a DFS Connector from the table and click on the MultiTenant menu, as shown below. Then, select the Remove Step - Selected Tenants menu option. 

 

A popup window is displayed for configuration. Select the tenant(s) from the drop-down list. The selected tenants are arranged comma-separated in the display box. Click on the Send button to confirm. 

 

Click OK to confirm on the Remove DFS Connector popup window. 

 

The selected DFS Connector is removed from the tenant. A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner. 

 

You can also remove the selected DFS Connector to all tenants by navigating to the Remove All Tenants menu option.
