A tenant can be removed using the following menu and dialog: 

Select the Tenant from the table on the Tenant Management page and click the Actions - Remove - Tenant menu option.

A popup window appears for confirmation. Select the check box to remove the tenant's folders, then click the Remove button to confirm.
