FlowWright's existing synchronization functionality is extended to provide item synchronization between tenants.

Navigate to the Status - Synchronize menu.

The Synchronzie page is rendered as shown below.

Select the “Source” tenant from the drop-down list and click the Connect button to validate the connection.

Next, select “Target” tenants by their checkboxes.

Note: While the above source-target connection is established, you may synchronize from the Items, Configuration, Connections, Triggers, and Packages menu.

Click the Items menu and select any options to synchronize. For example, selecting the Process option will list all the process definitions from the source tenant in a table. Next, choose any items from the list and click the Synchronize button to initiate the transfer.

Click the Configuration menu and select any options to synchronize. For example, selecting the Roles option displays all user roles from the source tenant in a table. Next, choose any items from the list and click the Synchronize button to initiate the transfer.

Click the Connections menu and select any options to synchronize. For example, selecting the Database option will list all the database connections from the source tenant in a table. Next, choose any items from the list and click the Synchronize button to initiate the transfer.

Click the Triggers menu and select any options to synchronize. For example, selecting the FTP option will list all the FTP connections from the source tenant in a table. Next, choose any items from the list and click the Synchronize button to initiate the transfer.

Click the Packages menu and select any options to synchronize. The ESB option lists all Enterprise Service Bus connections from the source tenant in a table. Next, choose any items from the list and click the Synchronize button to initiate the transfer.
