AI Copilot - Generate Process

Use this feature to generate a process workflow using the AI Copilot function

Prerequisite

Verify the OpenAI configuration settings here

You need to go to Status—Status—Settings—Configuration Settings, open the AI option, and set up the function using the AI Key, as shown below. Then, click the Save button to confirm your changes.

AI Copilot can be used to create a process.

Select the AI Copilot - Generate Process menu on the Process Definition page.

 

A popup appears for configuration. You must enter the process definition's name and the keywords that describe the context. You can also click the microphone icon and speak the description in English. 

 

Click the Generate Steps button. The AI Copilot will list the relevant process steps. You can add or remove steps as needed. Then, click the Generate button to create the process definition.  

 

The process definition is created and displayed on the new page as shown below.

AI Copilot can be used to generate steps from an initial step.

Select the process step on the process designer page to view the required properties. Click the AI Predict button. 

 

A pop-up window appears for configuration. Select the “Next Steps” option to predict. Enter the number of steps to generate as a value. Provide the context for the AI model's description. Click the Predict button. 

 

The predicted steps are listed below. You can unselect items by using their checkboxes. Click the Add to Process button to include these steps in the workflow. 

 

The workflow with the new steps is illustrated below. 

 

You can select the “Detail Steps” option to predict. Provide the context description for the AI model to use. Click the Predict button. The predicted steps will appear below. You can unselect items using their checkboxes. Click the Add to Process button to insert these steps into the workflow.
