AI Copilot - Generate Process

Use this feature to generate a process workflow using the AI Copilot function

Prerequisite

Verify the OpenAI configuration settings here

Use the following link to generate the API Key https://help.openai.com/en/articles/4936850-where-do-i-find-my-openai-api-key

Navigate to Status > Status > Settings > Configuration Settings, open the AI option, and set up the function using the AI Key, as shown below. Then click the Save button to confirm your changes.  

 

 

AI Copilot can be used to create a process.

Select the AI Copilot > Generate Process menu on the Process Definition page.

 

A pop-up appears for configuration. Enter the process definition's name and the keywords that describe the context. Click the microphone icon and speak the description in English. 

 

Click the “Generate Steps” button. The AI Copilot will list the relevant process steps. Add or remove steps as needed. Then, click the “Generate" button to create the process definition.  

 

The process definition is created and displayed on the new page as shown below.

AI Copilot can be used to generate steps from an initial step.

Select the process step on the process designer page to view the required properties. Click the “AI Predict” button. 

 

A pop-up window appears for configuration. Select the “Next Steps” option to predict. Enter the number of steps to generate. Provide the context for the AI model's description. Click the “Predict” button. 

 

The predicted steps are listed below. Clear the checkboxes to deselect items. Click the “Add to Process” button to add these steps to the workflow. 

 

The workflow with the new steps is illustrated below. 

 

Select the “Detail Steps” option to make a prediction. Provide a context description for the AI model. Click the “Predict” button. The predicted steps will appear below. Clear the checkboxes to deselect items. Click the “Add to Process” button to insert these steps into the workflow.
