Archiving Process Instances

Learn how to archive process instances to maintain processes and keep important data organized.

This function archives process instances for a process definition. 

On the Process Definition page, select a process from the table, then initiate archiving by choosing the Utils > Archive Instances menu option.

 

An Archive Instances confirmation pop-up appears, as shown below. Click OK to proceed. All process instances for this definition are archived. 

Note: Archived instances cannot be undone at this time.  

 

Navigate to Status > Settings > Archival. 

 

The Archival Settings page is shown below. The application archival service engine archives and deletes Process instances, Form instances, ETL instances, and events according to the configurations on this page.
