This function shows the execution statistics of a process step when you hover your mouse over it.

On the Process Instance page, select the process from the table and click on the View - Render menu option. The process instance is displayed on a new page. 

When you hover over a step in the rendered diagram, the execution statistics details for that step are displayed as shown below.
