Static Folder Access

This function manages access privileges to the FlowWright application static folders on the app server.

Navigate to the Administration - Security page as below

Select the folder from the drop-down list. Select any permission levels (no access, registered users, full access)  from the drop-down list. Click the Add button (+) to store the permissions in the table below. You may add multiple permissions using the add button. Click the Save button. A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.

To remove permissions, click the Red icon.

A popup window is displayed for configuration. Click the OK button to confirm. The static folder permission is removed permanently.

Export

This function exports the static folder permissions list as a JSON file to the local folder. You may import this list in the target FlowWright environment to replicate the permissions quickly.

On the Static Folder Access page, select the Export—JSON menu option. The permissions list is generated and downloaded as a JSON file.

The JSON file content is included here for reference.

Import

This function imports the static folder permissions list as a JSON file from the local folder. After import, the existing permissions are overwritten.

On the Static Folder Access page, select the Import—JSON menu option.

A popup window message is displayed for configuration. Select the JSON file from the local folder.

The existing permissions are overwritten, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
