These UI settings control which menu items the Regular Users (non-admin) can see within the rendered menu on the left.
You can watch this YouTube video for more information.
You'll have to navigate to Status - Status - Settings - UI Control menu option.

For Regular Users (non-admin), the UI Control settings page is rendered as shown below. You may change the Menu availability by toggling the ON or OFF controls. Click the settings icon to configure the granular access. Note: The current access settings are displayed next to the icon.

Toggle UI Control On or OFF.
You can configure the UI menus (on the left pane) to be available or hidden for a regular user.

You'll have to navigate to Status - Status - Settings - UI Control menu option.
Toggle the UI control switch “On” to show or “Off” to hide. The configuration setting shows “No Access” when the UI control is hidden. Click the Save button to confirm the changes.

A confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.

Note: Dashboard UI control is essential to remain ON as it provides a quick, consolidated view of all tasks and activities configured for you in FlowWright. If the Dashboard UI control is configured OFF, the application renders the User Profile page upon login.

Granular Access for UI Controls.
You can grant or revoke access to the UI menus (on the left pane) for application role users.
For example. The Process Definition menu is configured for “All Users”. You can configure access for specific application role users by clicking the Settings icon.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Select “who can access this menu” by choosing between “No Access, All Users, Roles” options.

Select the “Roles” option. Choose the application roles from the type-ahead drop-down list box.

You may select multiple application roles from the type-ahead drop-down list box. Click the “Set Permission” button to confirm the changes.

The Process Definition menu is now available to users with the selected application role, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner. Using this approach, you may choose to grant/deny the UI controls' availability to the Regular Users.

Some UI Controls are shown indented for clarity. And this does not mean there is a parent-child dependency for access privilege. In the example below, the Tasks UI control is configured “available” for “All Users” and the Task Calendar is “available” for “specific user roles” only.

Order Process Definition and Process Instance tabs.
The Admin user can order and SHOW or HIDE the “Tabs” displayed within process definition and instance pages by moving the rows and the toggle controls. Click the Save button to confirm the changes.
