Static Folder Access

This function manages access privileges to the FlowWright application static folders on the app server.

You can just navigate to the Administration - Security menu option. The page is rendered as below, listing the existing permissions, if any.

Select the folder from the drop-down list. You may grant access to folders like ActiveReports, API Help File, Content, DBScript, DocReport, Docs, FileAttachments, User Folders, Forms, InstallItems, Language Files, Microservices, oAuth Templates, OutputDocs, TempFiles, TemplateFiles, and almost all sub-folders under the application.

Select any permission levels (no access, registered users, full access)  from the drop-down list. Click the Add button (+) to store the permissions in the table below. You may add multiple permissions using the add button. Click the Save button. A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.

Click the button Clear Permissions to remove all existing access to the folders.

A popup window is displayed for confirmation. Click OK to confirm. A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
