Steps icon can be updated using the step edit screen.  UI looks as follows :  

Using the “Browse…” button, select an icon file, and click the “Upload Icon” button to upload the new icon file.  

Note: The icon file name should be named the same as the name of the step.  Icon file should be saved in the PNG format.  Icon file should have a height and width of 40 pixels by 40 pixels.
