ftpCreateFolder Step

Description:

Create folder in FTP server.  

Inputs

  • ftpConnection – Select FTP from FTP connections dropdown
  • destinationFolder – The relative path of the server to create folder.
Ex: - /folder1

Returns

  • True – step executed successfully
  • False – step failed to execute 

Usage:

To use this step, configure FTP in FlowWright FTP Connections.

Example:

Let’s build and execute the ftpCreateFolderDef example.     

  • Create a new definition called “ftpCreateFolderDef”
  • Select the definition and click the “design” button
  • Drag a ftpCreateFolder step to the canvas
  • Connect the dots between the start and ftpCreateFolder step

  • Click on the “ftpCreateFolder” step to configure its properties
  • Configure the following values for the properties as shown on the below graphic

  • Save the workflow definition, create a workflow instance and execute. Step should create new directory in FTP server.
