Export process instance as XML

By selecting an instance and clicking on the “Export -> XML” button will let you download an XML file containing the design and the execution details of the Instance.

Export process instance as PNG

Select a process instance and click on "Export -> PNG" to export/download the instance as PNG image. 

Export process instance as ZIP

Process instances with Sub workflows, Page Event Functions can be exported/downloaded along with the parent workflow by clicking on the “Export -> Zip” menu item as shown below:

Export process instance as PDF Report

By selecting an instance and clicking on the “Export -> PDF Report” button will let you download the PDF Report file containing the design and the execution details of the Instance.
