You must navigate to the Status - Status - Information - Culture & Timezone menu.

Based on the culture selection, the UI will also display the date/time according to the culture formation.

In this reference image, the culture is “English” specific to geography, and resetting to US or UK English is done quickly using the command buttons.

Note:

The user may change the application's culture according to their respective region. The user should log in to the application again for changes.

The user may change the time zone according to their respective region. The changes will take effect after the user logs in to the application again.

The list of user cultures is listed below. You can add more cultures by selecting from the drop-down list. Click the Add button to confirm.

The user culture is added to the list, and a confirmation message is displayed at the top right-end corner.

Note:

  • License culture - Used for license expiration date validation
  • Default culture (under Status / Status / Information / Culture & Timezone) - default culture is used by the system in case the user does not have a culture assigned
  • Application culture (under Status / Status / Settings / Configuration / Application Settings) - culture settings from the above are saved here.
  • Culture for the user set up as the System User ID—We can have users from different cultures, and this setting is used on the user. The system user account is set with a culture, and the engine uses the culture of the system user; if not configured, it uses the system culture from the previous point.
  • Log in as the System User ID and change the culture (by selecting the Flag dropdown). The culture of the engine is also changed.
