Application roles are for our customer to define and use within FlowWright functionality such as application security and routing.
Example: Instead of routing a task to a user in finance, you can create an Application role called "Finance", include the user within the "Finance" role and route the task to the role "Finance".
View user’s application roles
To view user’s application roles, select the User from the Active tab list. Select "Administration -> User Management ->View -> Roles” menu item.
To change roles for the selected user, make selections, and click the “Apply” button.
Create an Application Role
Navigate to the Role management UI and select Actions->Create from the top menu:
Once the role is created, you can add/remove users to the role by selecting Utils -> Manage Users:
