This function archives all instances of the selected form definition.
Select the Form from the list of a few instances on the Form Definitions page. Then click the Utils > Archive Instances menu option, as shown below.

The Archive Instances pop-up window appears for confirmation. Click OK to proceed.

All form instances specific to the definition are archived. The “Used By Instances” column is reset to zero, as shown below. The data table records for this definition are cleared.

You'll need to go to the Administration > Archive page. Then select the Archive > Form Instances menu option. The “Archived Form Instances” page displays all form instances across all Form Definitions. Use the search box below to narrow the list by definition name.

Select the Archived Form Instance from the list and click the Remove > Selected menu option to remove it permanently. Alternatively, use the “ALL” menu option to clear all the Form Instances in the list.

Select the Archived Form Instance from the list and click the View > Render menu option to display the Form Design in a new tab.

Select the Archived Form Instance from the list and click the View > Settings menu option to view the Archive Settings in a new tab.

The Archival Settings page is rendered as shown below. Configure the archival engine settings to manage Process Instances, Form Instances, ETL Instances, and Events.

Navigate to Status > Logs > System Log and apply the appropriate filter. The archival log entries are listed as shown below.
