This function renames a Form definition. 

Select the Form from the list on the Form Definition page and navigate to the Actions - Rename menu option.  

You must provide the new name and click the Update button to confirm the changes.

The Form definition is renamed successfully, and a confirmation message is displayed at the top right-hand corner.
