This function allows you to request a new Form widget from the product team. 

Go to the Administration > Form Widgets page. Then, select Support > Request" menu item. 

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Provide the details and click the Send button.

The request is emailed to the FlowWright product team, and a confirmation message will display in the top-right corner.
