You'll have to navigate to the Administration—Steps page. A step could belong to any number of tenants, and this function lets you identify the tenants having the step. 

On the Steps page, select the Step from the list and click on the MultiTenant—View Tenants menu option. 

The popup window contains the list of tenants having the step, as shown below.
