The user can create and execute an instance of the process definition directly from the process designer.

Select the Actions > Create Instance menu option.

Provide the Instance Name or click on “Generate” to auto-create the instance name. Select the checkbox to “Execute” immediately after the instance is created.  Select the checkbox to manage the instance in Test Mode. Click on the “Create and Execute” button. A new process instance is created and executed in the background, and a link is provided to view it. Note: When the FlowWright service engine is in manual mode, process instances must be executed manually.

Select the checkbox to manage the instance in Test Mode. Select the user from the drop-down list to execute the process as this selected user. Click on the “Create and Execute” button. A new process instance is created and executed in the background, and a link is provided to view it. Note: All emails from the workflow are directed to the selected user in the Test Mode.

The process instance is rendered on a new page for viewing. Note: The date/time is stored in UTC and rendered in the user's local time zone.
