Multiple-step template.
The process definition owners can create a “Template” with multiple steps and connections by selecting the desired steps and connections. Use the Mouse control to group multiple steps.

Right-click the selection to open the context menu, then select “Save as Template”.

In the pop-up window, enter the Template name, then click the “Save” button.

The template is saved as a new process definition, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner, as shown below.

On the Process Designer page, scroll down in the left pane to select the “All Template Steps” feature. The process template is available for preview here. Drag and drop the template onto the designer canvas for any other process definition.

Performing auto-layout of the process definition.
It allows the process definition owner to automatically arrange the process design using several options, such as horizontal or vertical trees, radial trees, organic trees, or circular trees.
Select the “UI > Align” menu option to access the Top, Left, Bottom, and Right alignment layouts.

Select the “UI > Layout Tree” menu option to access the Horizontal, Vertical, and Radial tree layouts.

Select the “UI > Layout Flow” menu option to access Horizontal and Vertical flow layouts.

Select the “UI > Layout Organic” menu option to access the Organic and Circle layouts.

Show or Hide tooltips for the Process Definition.
The process designer can view the Step configuration as a tooltip if the “Show/Hide” tooltip is enabled.
In the Process Designer, select “UI > Show/Hide Tool Tips” to toggle the display. A confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Navigate to the process step, then hover over the control to view its configuration in a tooltip.

Panning the design within the process designer.
The layout preview feature in the right pane allows process designer users to view the highlighted or selected portion of the process definition as they move the layout preview box over the steps in the right configuration window. Using the layout preview box, the user can also scroll through the designer page.

Process design can also be panned by holding the right mouse button and moving the mouse.

Save Process Definition As Template.
A selected process definition can be saved as a process definition template.
On the Process Definition page, select the definition and click the “Actions > Save As Template”.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Right-click to “Add Folder” as shown below.

Click the “Save” button. The process definition is saved to the new folder, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Access the templates on the process designer by selecting “My Template Steps” in the left pane.

Add tags to a Process Definition.
Process definition owners can add tags to a selected process definition by assigning tags and their corresponding values.
On the Process Definition page, select the definition, then click the “Utils > Tags”.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Provide the tag name and value, and click the “Save” button.

The process definition tag is saved, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner. Add multiple tags to the definition, then remove them by clicking the “remove” icon.

Add process to the execution path.
A process can now be configured to execute another process upon receiving an “Abort,” “Error,” or “Complete” status.
Select the “Start” step in the process. Navigate to the Optional tab. Configure the execution path for each status when the process instance status is 'Abort', 'Error', or 'Completed'. Use the dropdown to select an existing process workflow for each status. This configuration is optional but can optimize the real-time conclusion of the process instance.
