Add Process definitions to Favorites.

Frequently used process definitions can be added to the Favorites section. Each user has a unique list of favorites. 

On the Process Definition page, select the process in the table, then click the Actions menu and choose Favorites > Add.

The selected definition is marked as a favorite, and a notification appears in the top-right corner. 

On the Process Definition page, go to the Favorites tab to view the list. Use the Search box to narrow the results. 

Remove Process Definitions from Favorites.

On the Process Definition page, go to the Favorites tab to view the list. Use the Search box to filter the results. Select the definition in the table, then choose Actions > Favorites > Remove from the menu. 

The favorite definition is removed, and an alert appears in the top-right corner.
