This function displays a table of comments made to the process definition.

On the Process Definition page, select the process from the table and click the View History menu option. 

The list of permissions is clearly and concisely displayed on the Permissions tab, as shown below. The timeline offers a comprehensive overview of the history, events, comments, and permissions on the process definition:
