In a complex workflow with many process steps, this feature helps locate the steps on the designer canvas. 

Select the Edit - Search menu option.  

The “Search Steps” textbox is displayed in the right pane. 

Provide a step name to search. The search result is displayed as hyperlinks, as shown below.  

Click the hyperlink, and the page navigates to the selected process step. The workflow design positions the search item with a blue outline. The workflow positions the search item by shifting the design accordingly.  Click on the Clear Selection button to clear the blue outline.  

In the example below, the search lists all the Decision Tables available in the workflow.
