Clean Up Settings

Learn how to clean up and organize temporary items

The application creates many temporary files, documents, and data. These temporary items are no longer required after a while, and the system can automatically clean them up using the following configuration settings.

You'll need to navigate to the Status - Status page. 

 

Select Settings - Clean Up menu option. 

 

The Clean Up UI is rendered below. You may configure the time interval by clicking the Save button to confirm. The default FlowWright service engine will execute this clean-up activity as a background process.  

 

All dates and times are stored within the database as UTC and displayed based on the user's local time zone. 

Note: Engine runtime data are in ISO + UTC format. 

 

Click on the navigation link (black color icon) to view the items.   

 

The history items are displayed in a popup window. You can filter the results using the Search textbox. 

 

Click the delete icon (red color cross) to remove the items list. 

 

Click Ok to confirm the action. 

 

The items are removed from the database permanently. A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
