Introduction

Learn how to use process steps in process definitions.

Last published at: July 27th, 2024

Steps are used in process definitions to automate the process. Based on the parameters configured on each step, steps perform specific functionality. Steps can be linked to each other using connections within the process designer.

FlowWright offers a rich set of standard Workflow/B{M steps, including task, synchronize, decision, loop, and more. But we also encourage your creativity and innovation. With the steps page, you can design and configure your own custom steps, adding a unique touch to your process definitions.

A step contains three parts: metadata for the step, inputs for the step, and the returns for the step.
