Notification - UI Control.

User notifications can be enabled or disabled for a regular user (non-admin) by navigating to Status > Status > Settings > UI Control.

The “Notifications” feature in this example is turned “ON” for “All Users”. Toggle the feature to “OFF” to hide it on the left menu for regular users. Click the settings icon to change the access configuration. The current settings appear next to the icon.

Click the settings icon to change the access configuration. A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. As a FlowWright Admin user, you need to select who can access this menu feature. “No Access” option revokes this feature. “All Users” option grants this feature to all active users. “Roles” option grants this feature to users of specific application role groups.

Click the “Roles” button and multi-select the roles from the drop-down list. Click the “Set Permission” button to confirm.

The access permissions have been changed, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

The “Access Denied” message appears for users who lack permission to access the menu feature.
