SFTP triggers are similar to email triggers. Process instances are launched when files arrive on a secured configured FTP site.
You'll need to navigate to the Process - Triggers page.

The Triggers page is rendered below, showing the Manage Email Triggers page by default.

Select the Triggers menu to navigate to other triggers functions.

Create an SFTP Trigger.
Select the Actions—Create menu option on the Manage SFTP Triggers page. A popup window is rendered for configuration, as shown below. Provide the connection name, SFTP path info, SFTP username, and password. Select the checkbox to enable Write permission. Click the Save button to create the trigger. A confirmation message will be displayed in the top right-hand corner. Note: The FlowWright trigger service should run on the Windows services page.

Edit an SFTP trigger.
On the Manage SFTP Triggers page, select a trigger from the table and click the Actions - Edit menu option.

The trigger details are rendered in a popup window for modifications. After configuration changes, click the Update button.

The trigger changes are updated, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.

The configuration changes are visible in the Audit History Log.

Test SFTP trigger.
On the Manage SFTP Triggers page, select a trigger from the table and click the Actions - Test menu option.

The SFTP connection is validated, and a notification message is displayed at the top right-end corner.

Remove the SFTP trigger.
On the SFTP Triggers page, select a trigger from the table and click the Actions—Remove menu option.

Click OK to confirm.

The trigger is removed permanently, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.

The configuration changes are visible in the Audit History Log.
