Use Email body - Replace Links to send Form anonymously

Let's suppose, you need a quick feedback from your external users on a business decision using FlowWright. Can they participate when their access credentials do not exist? 

In this scenario, the FlowWright Route Form step can be used to route the task link to external users and sending an email notification to their business / personal accounts. This link enables the exernal users to connect with FlowWright form task anonymously without authentication. Let's learn how to build a form and use it anonymously.  Start a new workflow definition "Route-Survey-Task" and drag the task step and construct the workflow as shown in the graphic below.

Configure the Task step as shown in the graphic below



Configure the Task Reminder field property as shown in the graphic below. The task reminder message body now supports line breaks. Task reminders configured with a negative value is calculated by reducing that from the task expire date. 

Configure the Email Body field property as shown in the graphic below. 

Type any sample text and click on  "Replace Link(s)"  in the text area menu. A list of links are displayed as shown in the graphic below.

Navigate and click on $ApproveRejectUILink to be inserted as content in email body as shown in the graphic below.

Save the workflow definition. Create a workflow instance and execute. Navigate to Workflow Instances page to notice a "sleeping" task. This task is now routed to the external user's mail box as configured in the "Email address to route to" field above. 

This task now appears in the external user's mail box as a new email. The external user shall click on the link URL in the mail. 

The link now opens in the new tab for the user to connect with the FlowWright Form Task annonymously as shown in the graphic below. 

On task completion the values are captured and returned to FlowWright workflow.
