You'll have to navigate to the Administration - Steps page. 

This function lets the tenant manager remove the step from a tenant. 

On the Steps page, select a Step from the list and click on the MultiTenant—Remove Step menu option. The following menu allows you to remove a step from selected or all tenants.

Select the appropriate menu option to remove the step, and the following dialog will be displayed:

Select the tenant from the drop-down list and click Select to initiate. 

A Remove Step popup window is displayed for confirmation. Click OK to continue. 

The step is removed from the tenant, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
