After creating a new folder, the user can move a workflow definition from the “Uncategorized” folder to the new folder by selecting the “Add Definition” menu option.

A pop-up window opens for configuration. Select the process definitions to add to this folder. Choose the “Uncategorized” or “All” buttons to proceed. Use the text box to search for and enter the Process Definition name. Select the desired options using the checkboxes. Click the “Update” button to confirm.

The process definitions are added to the folder, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Export the process definitions of the Folder.

The selected files are compressed into a ZIP folder. Provide a ZIP file name and click the “Save” button. The ZIP file is downloaded to your local folder.
