FlowWright enables users to create, organize, and display definitions within Folders, as illustrated below. By default, all process definitions are shown in the “Uncategorized” folder.

On the Process Definitions page, click the Folders tab to view and manage the folders. The folders are displayed in a Tree structure as shown in the example below.

Create Folders.

Users can create a new folder by right-clicking on the “Folders“ icon in the tree and selecting the “Create Folder” option, as shown below.

You need to specify the folder name in the new branch, which is part of the tree structure.

Add process definitions to the Folder.

After creating a new folder, the user can move a workflow definition from the “Uncategorized” folder to the newly created folder by selecting the “Add Definition” menu option.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. You need to select process definitions to add to this folder. You can choose the “Uncategorized or All” buttons to proceed. You can search and provide the Process Definition name using the text box function. Click the checkboxes to select the desired option. Click the “Update” button to confirm.

The process definitions are added to the folder. A confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.

Export the process definitions of the Folder.

You can export all the process definitions of the folder using the “Export” menu option.

The selected files are compressed (zipped) in a folder. You need to provide a ZIP file name and click the “Save” button. The ZIP file is downloaded to your local folder.

Create Definitions of the Folder.

You can define a process for the folder using the “Create Definition” menu option.

You must provide the definition name and click the “Create” button. Selecting the “Open Designer” checkbox will display the new definition on the designer canvas.

The new process definition is created and stored in the folder, as shown in the example below.

Rename Folder.

You can rename the folder by right-clicking and selecting the “Rename Folder” menu option.
