Re-send email notifications in task render instance

This function resends the email notification for a process instance task that is in a sleeping state. 

 

Tasks in the render instance.

This function displays the task information for the process instance.

On the Process Instance page, select the process from the table, then click “View > Render”. The process instance opens on a new page. Then select “Items > Tasks”. 

 

The tasks are listed in the table below. Select a task from the list, then click the "Resend Email Notification" button to resend the email notification.

 

Click the “Clock” icon to view the task history. The information appears in the pop-up window. 

 

Use the “Search” feature to find the task. To view tasks, click the Instance tree to expand or collapse it. Click the “Status” link to see sleeping or closed tasks. This “search-and-view-selective” task is an Admin feature. 

 

 

Resend Email in the step properties.

Select the process instance, then navigate to the “View > Render” menu option to open it in a new tab. Next, choose the “Items > Tasks” menu option to view the Tasks associated with this process instance (if any) in a table, as shown below.  

 

Click the “All” button to resend email notifications to users about the tasks. 

 

The email is sent in the background to all open tasks (as shown in the selection above). A notification appears in the top-right corner.
