This function exports a process instance to multiple file formats, with XML as the preferred format for examining the instance's contents.   

On the process instance page, select the instance, then click the “Export” menu to access options for “XML, PNG, ZIP, PDF Report, and SQL”. 

Export as XML.

This function exports a process instance to an XML file in the local folder. 

On the Process Instance page, select the instance in the table, then click “Export > XML”. The process instance is generated and downloaded as an XML file to the local folder.  

The XML file's content is included here for reference.  

The XML contains "Engine Alerts and System Log Errors."

Export as PNG.

This function exports a process instance to a PNG image file in the local folder. 

On the Process Instance page, select the process from the table, then click “Export > PNG”. The instance image is downloaded as a PNG file to the local folder.

Export as ZIP.

This function exports a process instance to a local folder as a ZIP file, including sub-workflows and page event functions. 

On the Process Instance page, select the instance in the table, then click “Export > ZIP”. The ZIP file is downloaded to the local folder.  

Export as PDF Report.

This function exports a process instance as a PDF report to the local folder. The PDF includes the instance's design and execution details. 

On the Process Instance page, select the instance in the table, then click "Export > PDF Report". The instance is downloaded as a PDF file to the local folder.
