On the process instance page, select the instance, then click the Export menu to access options for XML, PNG, ZIP, PDF Report, and SQL.
Export as XML.

On the Process Instance page, select the instance in the table, then click Export > ZIP. The ZIP file will be downloaded to the local folder.
Export as PDF Report.
This function exports a process instance as a PDF report to the local folder. The PDF file includes the instance's design and execution details.
