This function exports a process instance to many file types, with XML being the preferred format for examining the instance contents.   

On the process instance page, select the instance and click the Export menu to access options for XML, PNG, ZIP, PDF Report, and SQL. 

Export as XML.

This function exports a process instance as an XML file to the local folder. 

On the Process Instance page, choose the instance from the table and click the Export - XML menu option.

Export as PNG.

This function exports a process instance as a PNG image file to the local folder. 

On the Process Instance page, choose the process from the table and click the Export - PNG menu option.

The PNG image extract is displayed below. 

Export as ZIP.

This function exports a process instance to a local folder as a ZIP file, which includes sub-workflows and page event functions. 

On the Process Instance page, select the instance from the table and click the Export - ZIP menu option. The ZIP file will be downloaded to the local folder.  

Export as PDF Report.

This function exports a process instance as a PDF report to the local folder. The PDF file contains the instance's design and execution details. 

On the Process Instance page, select the instance from the table and click the Export - ZIP menu option. The ZIP file will be downloaded to the local folder.
