This function is used to mark process instances as favorites and to manage them.

On the Process Instance page, select the process from the table, then click the Actions > Favorites > Add menu option. The instance is marked as a favorite and moved to a separate folder.

Add process instance to favorites.

Adding to favorites will add the selected process instance to the favorites section.

A confirmation message appears in the top right corner.

Click on the Favorites folder to see the list. 

Remove process instance from favorites.

Navigate to the Favorites folder. Select the process instance from the list, then click Actions > Favorites > Remove. 

A confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

The process instance is now accessible in the All folder after being removed from Favorites.
