This function marks process instances as favorites and manages them.

On the Process Instance page, select the process in the table, then choose “Actions > Favorites > Add”. The instance is marked as a favorite and moved to a separate folder.

Add process instance to favorites.

Adding to favorites will add the selected process instance to the favorites section.

A confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Click the “Favorites” folder to view the list. 

Remove process instance from favorites.

Navigate to the Favorites folder. Select the process instance from the list, then click “Actions > Favorites > Remove”. 

A confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

The process instance is now accessible in the “All” folder after it was removed from “Favorites.”
