This functionality displays the complete user history, as shown below. 

Select the User from the Active tab list. Then, select the "Administration -> User Management -> Views -> History" menu item. 

When you select the Actions-Timeline menu option, the page is rendered in a new format, as shown in the following UI.  This format is ideal for viewing the Complete user history. 

Select Actions - Table menu option to view in this format.
