This functionality displays the complete user history for the user as shown below. Select the User from the Active tab list. Select "Administration -> User Management -> Views -> History" menu item. 

The page is rendered in new page as shown in the following UI.  Select Actions - Timeline menu option to view in this format. 

Select Actions - Table menu option to view in this format.
