A selected instance can be archived by selecting an existing instance from the list and by clicking the “Utils -> Archive” menu item.

Remove selected archived process instances 

Archived process instances can be removed using the “Remove -> Selected” menu item.

Remove all archived process instances 

The menu item “Remove -> All” removes all process instances from the archived list. 

Execution view of archived workflow instances 

Displays the execution view of the selected archived instance as shown below:

Render archived process instance 

Archived process instance can be rendered using the menu item “View -> Render”.

Report on archived process instances

The menu item “View -> Report” generates a complete detailed report about the process instance in PDF format.
