This function marks a Form Instance as a favorite and moves it to a dedicated folder. 

Select any Form Instance from the list, then click Actions > Favorites > Add.  

The Form Instance is marked as a Favorite, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner. 

Navigate to the Favorites folder to view the list. 

Select the Form Instance from the Favorite list, then click Actions > Favorites > Remove, as shown below. 

The Form Instance is moved back to the Last 10 Updated or All folders, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.
