This function renames a Form Instance. 

On the Form Instance page, select the instance from the table and click on the Actions - Rename menu option. 

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. You must provide a new name and click the Rename button. 

The Form Instance is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed Form Instance from the list and click on the View - History menu option. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed in the new page as shown below.
