This function renames a form instance. 

You should navigate to the Run - Form Instances page and select the instance from the list. You may use the Search textbox to narrow the list. Then, click on the Action - Rename menu option.

The Rename Form Instance popup window is displayed for configuration. You'll have to provide a unique new form instance name in the text box and click on the Rename button. 

The form instance is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed form instance from the list and click on the View - History menu option. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed in the new page as follows.
