This function renames a form instance. 

On the Form Instance page, select the instance from the table and click on Actions - Rename menu option. 

A popup window is displayed for configuration. You must provide a new name and click the Rename button. 

The form instance is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed form instance from the list and click on the View - History menu option. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed in the new page as follows.
