This function renames a Form Instance. 

On the Form Instance page, select the instance in the table and click the Actions - Rename menu option. 

A pop-up window appears for configuration. You must enter a new name and click the Rename button. 

The Form Instance is renamed, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed Form Instance from the list, then click the View - History menu option. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed on the new page, as shown below.
