This function permanently removes a Form Instance from the list. We recommend archiving the Form Instance instead. 

Select the Form Instance from the list, then click Actions - Remove. 

A pop-up window is displayed for confirmation. Click the Ok button. Note: The instance has been permanently removed. 

The Form Instance is removed, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.
