This function permanently removes a Form instance from the list. We want to suggest archiving the Form Instance instead. 

Select the Form Instance from the list and click on the Actions - Remove menu option. 

A pop-up window is displayed for confirmation. Click the Ok button. Note: The instance is removed permanently. 

The Form Instance is removed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.
