This function permanently removes a form instance from the list. We'd like to suggest archiving the form instance instead. 

Select the form instance from the list and click the Actions - Remove menu option. 

A popup window is displayed for configuration. Click Ok to confirm. Note: The instance is removed permanently. 

The form instance is removed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
