This function displays the workflow states if they are configured in the design.
Imagine a process modeled with workflow states that reflect the process instance’s current status at runtime. This data helps identify key milestone stages within a repetitive workflow.
Generate and execute a new process instance.
Click the “View Instance” hyperlink to open the process instance on a new page, as shown below.
On the process instance page, select the instance, then click the “View > States” menu option.
The states of the process instance are listed in the table below.

You may download the sample definition(s) from the link provided and later import them (drag-and-drop) into your FlowWright Process Definition (XML file) or Form Definition (HTML file) page.
Note: Please verify and complete the process steps for any missing configurations, such as file path references and database connections, after the import. Then, save the definition to confirm the changes.
