This function displays the workflow states, provided they were configured in the design.
Imagine a process modeled with workflow states that reflect the process instance’s current status during runtime. This data helps identify key milestone stages in a repetitive workflow.

Generate and execute a new process instance.

Click the “View Instance” hyperlink to see the process instance displayed on a new page, as shown below.

On the process instance page, select the instance and click the View - States menu option.

The states of the process instance are listed in a table, as shown below.
